------------------------------------------------------------------------
Few years back, I saw something surprising...a doctor came to my company for an interview!
But my company is not a hospital, it was an IT company.
That moment made me think, most of the people go to school not as a hobby, but to earn a living but truth is some of the degrees doesn't guarantee a job. That's exactly happened to this Doctor, he is a certified Doctor in his country but he couldn't find any job there!
Same thing happened to me few years back...
I studied Electronics and Communication Engineering but after finishing my studies I couldn't find a job for almost 2 years.
So I was forced to switch my career; computer is the one I choose

Why computer?

Computer was booming 20 years ago and guess what?
They are still booming. Computer industry have more jobs compare to any other industry. If you know computer, you can find a job.

How I got into ServiceNow?

I studied electronics  & communication engineering and I have a diploma certification but that didn't get me a job even after waiting 2 years.
Many people wait hoping you'll get a job but I started looking other options, I started studying computer
(hardware & networking)
One year computer study got me a job!
It was a manufacturing company, they built chassis and set up hydraulic systems for large trucks like Volvo and Ashok Leyland. My responsibility there was to take care of their computer infrastructure!

Exploring the Computer Ecosystem

Over time, I moved through different areas of the computer world:
  • Managing large servers

  • Working with virtualization

  • Handling networks

  • Supporting storage systems

  • Learning databases

Each role taught me something new, each step gave me a broader view of how systems work together. I moved from managing the hardware side of computers to working with a software application platform. If you don't know the difference of an application and a platform, watch the video below.

👇 It will make things clear.

ServiceNow CSA Certification

There’s something special about ServiceNow. 99% of companies won’t allow anyone to work on the ServiceNow platform without a CSA certification and honestly, that’s a good thing.
ServiceNow holds critical company data.
ServiceNow manages core processes that businesses rely on every day.
Not everyone should have access to that.
The CSA certification ensures that the people working on ServiceNow understand the basics, follow best practices and can be trusted with the platform.
That’s not a barrier—it’s a standard  and standards protect both the company and the professional.
